Ms. Nguyen graduated, cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science. In 2007, Ms. Nguyen received her juris Doctor from the University of California, Hastings college of the Law, During law school, she served as a judicial Extern for the Honorable Leslie Tchaikovsky at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of California and as an intern for the Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee in Oakland.

Ms.Nguyen specializes in Chapter 11 reorganizations, debt restructure and negotiations, Chapter 7 liquidation proceedings, asset protection, creditor's rights litigation and all aspects of debtor/creditor representation. She has assisted real estate investors, developers, small businesses, and individuals in successfully and efficiently navigating the reorganization process. Ms. Nguyen regularly represents debtors and creditors before state and federal courts and in out-of-court-workouts. Ms Nguyen along with Mr. Weintraub heads the firm's mortgage securitization litigation and foreclosure defense practice.
